What the service is
SaaS Niche Finder supports SaaS idea research with a searchable snapshot of public App Store listing data, AI-assisted source analyses, hypothesis teardowns, method guides, shared Google keyword reports and an optional private workspace for saved research. Current analyses do not record a named human sign-off.
The catalog is a frozen snapshot, not a live feed. Apps may have been removed, repriced or changed since capture. Ratings are not downloads, revenue, retention or proof of demand.
Public research, its supporting evidence and methods are free to read without an account. Additional workflow tools may be offered separately with disclosed prices and limits; payments and subscriptions are not currently enabled.
Public samples and private keyword research
Official Google keyword sample reports are public and free to read. The first page of each catalog search is available without an account; a free account is required for subsequent pages and saved research. Free accounts do not receive new keyword queries.
Pro is coming soon. Its displayed price and monthly allowance are planned, and final terms will be confirmed before purchase opens. No payment, trial subscription or reservation is currently collected. Future new research will require an explicit submission and a verified paid entitlement; it will create a private report without replacing the official samples. Opening an app or reading a report does not start a provider query.
Research phrases are sent to DataForSEO to obtain keyword estimates. Do not submit personal information or confidential material. The privacy policy describes the provider payload, private reports and request records. See plans and availability.
Search volume, difficulty and CPC are provider estimates from the stated capture date. They are not app downloads, unique people, revenue or validated demand. Thirty days is the report’s freshness window, not an automatic deletion deadline.
Using the service
You may read and link to public pages and use the catalog for your own research. You may not:
- attempt to bypass authentication, access another person's private records or interfere with security controls;
- run automated bulk extraction, scraping or denial-of-service activity against the site or its APIs;
- represent the site's inference or hypothesis as Apple data, verified demand or a guarantee;
- use the service to distribute malware, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights.
The expressly linked public evidence manifests and CSV files may be downloaded to verify published research. This permission does not authorize automated extraction of the catalog or redistribution of third-party artwork and full descriptions.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for the identity you use and for keeping access to that email or provider account secure. Do not share a session token or use another person's account.
You can request deletion of account data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, other users or the integrity of the data.
Third-party listings and Apple
App names, descriptions, icons and store links belong to their respective developers. The App Store is operated by Apple. SaaS Niche Finder is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple.
Store descriptions are marketing copy. A claim in a listing is not a tested capability. Each public review states whether a statement is a fact from the snapshot, an inference or a hypothesis.
Availability and changes
The site may be unavailable during maintenance, provider incidents or data refreshes. Features may change or be withdrawn. We may correct, reclassify or reject published research when better evidence appears; the date and correction route on the page explain the change.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions, losses or missed opportunities arising from reliance on the catalog, a teardown or a hypothesis.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
